Like a featured sale on TaDa? If you want what you see, then click “Add to Bag” before the sale ends. Each sale lasts for a limited time (or until we sell out), so don't hesitate as we can't promise it will be there for long! Once you submit your order, we will email you an order confirmation.

We want to give everybody the opportunity to get in on our great sales, but many of our sale products have limited inventory. So we can share the wealth, we have to place a maximum order per customer that varies depending on the sale item. The maximum order per customer is visible in the checkout page, prior to placing your order.

Unfortunately you cannot buy a TaDa Sale item at the TaDa price after the sale has closed. You may be able to buy the same product at the retailer, but it won’t be for the same great price. So, act fast before the sale disappears.

We ship within the continental 48 US States. Although we currently do not ship internationally, we hope to someday. We’re still a baby, so baby steps. We’ll let you know when we’re ready to travel.

At TaDa we work on bringing you the best deals from our network of thousands of retailers. If you purchase multiple TaDa sale items from multiple retail partners within one order, your shipping charges will reflect the total sum of the shipping charges from each of those respective retail partners.
TaDa doesn't actually ship your products. Our reatil partners do. These shipping costs are necessary to make sure that you get your anticipated products in a timely manner. Please know that we work hard to make sure our partners are always offering fair shipping prices to all of you.

You do not need to be a member to view all of our amazing sales but you do have to be a member to purchase them! Once you purchase your first product at TaDa you automatically become a member.

Signing up is as easy as saying “TaDa!” All you have to do is click on the round button at the top of every TaDa page that says “Sign Up” and follow the simple steps laid out for you.

If you happen to forget your password, we can reset your password or email you your login. If you forgot your password go to Reset Password . It will take you through steps to reset your password. Because all of your information is encrypted, we can’t recover your password but we can help you reset it. Make sure that you use the email you signed up with otherwise we might not be able to reach or find you.

That’s odd. You should receive an email order confirmation with every order you place on TaDa. It could have been that we captured your email incorrectly or couldn’t deliver to your inbox. Call us at 1.877.LUV.TADA to verify that we have your correct email address. If we do, you might want to check your spam filter. It’s hard for us to imagine that your computer won’t like our e-mails, but it’s possible.

You can always check the status of your TaDa orders by logging in to your TaDa account and checking your Order Status under My Orders.

Most items purchased through TaDa are returnable to the retailer. However, different return rules apply as it is based on the return policy from our partnering retailer. You can find the return policy for each partnering retailer in the “Shipping and Returns” section of each sale page. You can also visit the retailer website for details. Please be sure to read the return policy for each sale.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact the retail partner that shipped you the purchase. They will provide specific instructions for how and where to ship back your item for return. You can find the retailer’s return policy and contact information in the right hand side of your TaDa Purchase Receipt or by logging in to your TaDa Account , which has all your TaDa purchase info in one place, just for you.

If the item is returnable, please be sure to send it back to the retail partner. Once the retailer receives your return, TaDa will process your refund. It typically takes about 2-3 weeks from the time the retailer receives your return for refunds to appear on your credit card.
